With a combined 50+ years of varied industry experience, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide credible, confidential, and legally sanctioned information relevant to your case. Having personally travelled to countless archives across Canada and the United States, we have developed unique relationships and methods for finding historical information relevant to cases both old and new. Since the dawn of the pandemic we have also become extremely resourceful in developing research utilizing online tools. All evidence we provide is done so to be legally admissible in legal proceedings if deemed necessary. It’s not only important to know how to get your information but where you’re getting it from!

1. We start every case the same way, beginning with a Complimentary 20 Minute Discovery Call. This is where we learn about your needs, provide more information on our services, and specifically on how we can fulfill your needs.

2. Engagement - After your Discovery Call, we will provide you with Assignment Forms to be completed. Once we are engaged, all cases start by providing a Retainer. The retainer is case dependent and typically in our experience covers any immediate disbursements and your case can potentially be solved within it.

3. A la Carte Billing. Once your retainer is fully absorbed we will either ask for another block payment in lieu of the upcoming time commitment to solving the case, or bill on an hourly basis until completion. This is always discussed and agreed upon with our clients prior to moving forward.
